So, you wanna see naked pictures of Grady Sizemore?

Well, I didn't actually, but someone did:

Indians center fielder Grady Sizemore says legal action has been taken after pictures of himself in various stages of dress and undress appeared on an Internet site Sunday morning. "These pictures were stolen illegally from my girlfriend's email," Sizemore told The Plain Dealer on Sunday night. "It's now a legal matter that is under investigation. I can't say anything more."

MLB and the players association are said to be investigating the matter on Sizemore's behalf.

While, as of today, I'm no longer a practicing lawyer, I can tell you with 100% certainty that if someone did actually steal Sizemore's girlfriend's emails -- as opposed to this being a publicity stunt of some kind -- they have some legal exposure here.  At the same time, however, I can tell you with 100% certainty that the best way to ensure that there are no naked pictures of you floating around on the Internet is to NOT TAKE NAKED PICTURES OF YOURSELF AND EMAIL THEM TO PEOPLE.

Will not click on that NSFW link, at least at work! And am scared to wonder what the coffee mug reference is about.

Glad to hear that you're now a "professional". I feel safer.

It's not that I think practicing law must be the most enjoyable and gratifying career in the world, but if I thought I would have to be dealing with pictures of Grady Sizemore naked as a routine part of my alternative career, I suspect I'd still be out chasing ambulances.

I imagine many of those who saw the pics just call themselves Grady's girlfriend anyway.

Thanks Deadspin, for posting them. Didn't really need to see these.

I hope the teabag/coffee mug jokes are in every park.

Just curious: an original version of this post had a link to the NSFW pics. The version I'm now looking at does not. In fact, a whole paragraph about the link seems to be missing. Is NBC censoring you after only about 4 hours on the job, Craig?

Not censoring, Curious. There's a policy against linking to NSFW stuff, and I, um, broke it. Everyone was nice about it. ;-)

yes. We censure. Is that a suprise?

Good work, Craig. You'll be back to lawyering by next week at your current rate of 1 policy broken per day. This kind of stat is obviously projectable, just like all the stats from Opening Day. :)

The pics were more hype than substance. I must say though that he does have a great body and the way he presents his package is very sensual. I do wish I could see the actual stuff but leaving it to the imagination is OK too.

Just needed to update you that your webpage isn't loading as it should be in Internet Explorer 8 for me. I am getting a lot of 404 problem information.
