Hiram Bithorn, you'll recall, was home to the Expos for a number of games back in 2003-04. It quickly gained a reputation as a bandbox due to its 360 foot power alleys, which is anywhere from 25 to 45 feet shorter those in Citi Field. So obviously this is a plot to jack David Wright's home run numbers back up.
The Mets may play some games in Puerto Rico

Hey, Frenchie might hit a double!
Those 360 foot 'power alleys' are still going to be a challenge for those 'Sunday Morning Beer League' Slo-Pitch Softball "sluggers".
And why would Puerto Ricans be any more enthused about watching another one of Jeffrey Loria's cut-rate teams than the fans here in Macondo? That's a great photo of JoProDolShark Stadium but it is misleadingly crowded; must have been taken on ten cent beer day (if you're among the first twenty sportswriters through the turnstile, they give you a coupon). I suppose the San Juan schedule works out well enough for the players - a bowl of mafongo with pinchos and some stewed bananas costs little enough that they could afford to eat well even on Loria's per diem. You just have to be careful not to stand under a tree at dusk to keep the coqui from dropping into your batido.
Meanwhile, speaking of stadiums, I took advantage of a halcyon Sunday afternoon to drive around the site of the up-and-coming edifice I have come to think of as Macondo Banana Massacre Field. I was actually surprised at how quickly they seem to be getting this place built; I think the rush is less due to the impending 2011 deadline to vacate JoProDolShark than to the average two and a half years it will take Catherine Fernandez Rundle's team of UM law school interns to investigate the construction bids for fraud.
They should play all their games in San Juan. Please don't come back.
I\'ll still have never had the opportunity to get links for my website but several people saythis website here is a good a somewhat exeptional back-links service to buy backlinks.

Why would you want to wait till you are out of school to unblock mysace? You can do it easily with a myspace proxy. Its pretty handy to have around if you need to do some unmonitored surfing.
